More Wild West album pages

Wild West album

We have a themed summer party at our cabin every summer, last year it was Wild West. I have so many great pictures that I decided to make a Wild West album. I bought a vintage scrapbook off eBay that worked just perfect for the theme. I have several scrapbook pages made, I’m not done yet but I thought I would start posting them.

Digger's new name

Andy, Kelly and Lexie came to see our new dog, Digger. Lexie called him Tigger, we like that so his new name is Tigger.

a new dog

We adopted a new dog last night. His name is Digger, we'll probably change that. He is a 2 year old collie\shepard cross. He has a little too much energy for me but seems sweet. He is too big to be cuddly but he is a lover that's for sure.

Indigo Buntings

I've never been able to keep buntings in our yard before, I'd just see one pass through if I was really lucky. So I am very excited to see these two for the second day in a row.

If you look closely you can see the top of a second ones head in the bottom right corner.

More Oriole pictures

When I looked out the deck door this morning there were 4 Orioles fluttering around and one that kept flying right up to the glass door. They ate all the oranges I put out yesterday and wanted more. I also gave them some grape seeds that we froze last fall after making our wine, we'll see how they like them.

It didn’t take the Baltimore Orioles long to find the oranges I put out for them this afternoon.

Seedlings

We started some flower and vegetable seeds a couple of weeks ago. They are growing like crazy; they’re growing up my curtains. We thought it would be warm enough out by now to transplant them outside but the weather is not cooperating. Guess we’ll have to put them in bigger pots.
